THE GREEN OAT SMOOTHIE.

When I got pregnant, I knew I needed to add more fruits and vegetables to my diet, more than ever before. The most convenient and hassle-free way to achieve this goal of mine was to indulge in fruit and vegetable smoothies. After tens of flavor trials, the green oat smoothie stood out and became my favorite, not only because of its ease to mix, but also its high nutritional content of ingredients.
1 cup of oatmeal
1 piece banana
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 cup yogurt (optional)
Ice as needed
Directions : Blend it together
Serve and enjoy !
