It’s March already! Spring is around the corner and I could not be happier. Ladies, it’s time to start getting our bodies ready for summer. Summer bodies are sculpt in winter, they say, but spring brings finishing touches for those of us that are running late. I weighed myself and realized I was still some pounds above my weight goal, and I needed a vigorous exercise regimen to shave off those extra pounds. I also needed to pay more attention to my face, skin and hair. I needed that glow, shined and toned body I always desire every summer. As a mom, I know accomplishing all these goals would require some extra efforts, but my mind is set, and I’m on a mission.

What are your readiness suggestions for summer? I would love to know how other moms out there get their minds right, and prepare for their summer looks.
